NYC TPP Inspection Services
Established in 2023 as a joint venture between INM Architects and Top Out Consultants, NYC TPP Inspections, LLC has been conducting inspections since the law was enacted in November 2022. With a combined 90+ years of experience in the architecture and construction consulting industries, we bring that expertise and knowledge to ensure compliance with all inspections.
NYC TPP Inspections, LLC performs pre-construction inspections and meets with the contractor on-site to discuss necessary operations and methods for complying with the Tenant Protection Plan narrative. Upon commencement of work, NYC TPP Inspections will conduct weekly inspections to monitor TPP compliance and provide weekly logs, utilizing our Red Binder inspection logbook as required.
Prices start at only $350/week but may vary based on the project size
NYC TPP Inspections, LLC has prevented violations from being issued with our proprietary Red Binder Logbook, a record of our inspections that is available for City Inspectors to review. We also provide Special Inspection Agency inspections for the following:
